1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Olga Stepanova, operating under the ProtoSlate 3D brand, Warsaw, Poland.

2. What data we collect

Enquiry form: name, e-mail address, phone number, address, selected service and material, project description and file link — only what you enter yourself.

Direct contact: the data you share when you call us or write by e-mail, Telegram or WhatsApp.

Technical data: the server hosting this site records the IP address, date and time of the visit and browser type in its logs.

Visit statistics: we count page visits and steps (going to the program website, opening and sending the form, switching the language) together with the domain of the page someone came from, the language, the type of device and the country. Within one day a visitor is recognised by a one-way fingerprint of the IP address and browser — the fingerprint is deleted after 2 days and the address itself is never stored. We keep only aggregate numbers that cannot identify anyone.

3. Why and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and fulfil an order, and to handle applications for the ProtoSlate 3D app beta test — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract and its performance).

To keep the site secure, keep visit statistics and to establish or defend possible claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and visit statistics; the service may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses;
  • home.pl S.A. — e-mail;
  • Web3Forms — delivers the form contents to our e-mail inbox; the service may process data outside the European Economic Area;
  • Google — the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, and your browser sends your IP address to Google when doing so;
  • Telegram and WhatsApp — only if you choose to contact us that way.

5. How long we keep data

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle them and then for no more than 12 months after the last contact. Data on completed orders is kept for the period required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to the address above.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

7. Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools — we keep the visit statistics (section 2) ourselves, without cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.
