We understand that 3D printing can be technical. Here are answers to the most common questions about our process, materials, and delivery in Warsaw.
We guarantee a 48-hour turnaround for most standard orders. Small batches are often ready the next day. For larger production runs, we'll provide a custom timeline in your quote, usually within 3–5 days.
Absolutely! We offer free local pickup at our Warsaw workshop. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with our address and pickup hours. We also ship via InPost Paczkomaty and courier for convenience.
We prefer .STL, .OBJ, or .3MF files for 3D printing. For laser cutting, please provide vector files like .DXF, .AI, or .PDF. If you have a different format (STEP, IGES), we can usually convert it for you.
Yes, we offer professional 3D CAD design services. If you only have a sketch or a broken part to replicate — we'll prepare a ready-to-print 3D model for you.
Absolutely. We are fully B2B-friendly and routinely work with enterprise clients, startups, and universities. Pricing varies based on volume, material, and post-processing — request an individual quote.
We stock a wide range of materials including PLA (standard), PETG (durable), ABS/ASA (heat resistant), and TPU (flexible). Need something specific? Just ask!
Specs: Our maximum single-part FDM build volume is around 350x350x400 mm (larger parts are split and assembled). Standard dimensional tolerance is ±0.15 mm to ±0.2 mm depending on material and geometry.
